Dazzlers manufacturers 90% of their merchandise right here in the U.S. Others are imported from various parts of the world.
What karat gold is available?
All our items are made in 14kt gold. All requests of 10kt, and 18kt gold can be filled with a minimum order.
Can items shown in yellow gold be made in white or rose gold?
Yes, most of our merchandise can be made in white or rose gold at no extra charge. Special requests will take two weeks to make.
Can you make your items in Sterling Silver?
Yes, Dazzlers is proud to offer their charms in sterling silver. There is a minimum order for items to be made in sterling silver. Please contact us for more information.
Do you size rings?
Yes, we can create a ring in sizes 4-15. This special request will take 7-10 business days.
Do you carry your merchandise in stock?
Dazzlers does it’s best to carry most items shown in the catalog in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will take 7-10 business days from the time ordered.
How long does an order take to ship?
If the item is in stock, it ships within 48 hours from the time ordered. If the item is out of stock, it will take 7-10 business days for back order to ship.
How do I order from Dazzlers?

Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum to order gold items. If an item is a special request order, a minimum may apply.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, Dazzlers will gladly drop ship packages. Please contact one of our associates for details.
What is your return policy?
Dazzlers has a 30 day return policy. All items returned after 30 days will have a 10% restocking fee.
What shipping methods do you use?
Dazzlers uses UPS to ship packages, which allows retailers a choice of Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight delivery.
